Quarterback of the Panthers Jake Delhome didn’t play in practice this Thursday and will not play against the Buccaneers this Sunday but David Carr will. The backup for the Panthers was before a star with the Texans and was cut because of his age and how long they thought he would be the star they have always known. So this offseason the Panthers knew he was out there and thought he would be a good backup Quarterback. The reason Delhome is out is because of a strained right elbow.
